
1.) Eat healthy snacks throughout the day: Don't stay hungry, but also make sure you don't snack on the wrong foods
2.) Eat breakfast! Every morning, whether it's a huge breakfast or a bite of a granola bar. Breakfast helps you take on the rest of the day!
3.) Don't skip meals! When you skip meals, your body actually stores your fat.
4.) After you've eaten and you start to feel hungry, pop in a piece of gum.
5.) When you're hungry, take a drink of water first. Some people confuse hunger with thirst.
6.) Make a fruit bowl. Fruit is sweet and tasty, and healthy!
7.) Try new, healthy foods! Even if you're a picky eater, still broaden your horizons and try new things! You might end up finding your favorite food!

these are all really great tips and so true. i always try to have a drink first to make sure im not just thirsty and breakfast is a MUST!!
