Quote of the Day

I recently read The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and let me tell you, you better keep a highlighter or something ready if you ever read it. I can't count the amount of quotes I have found in this story. I even took a picture of one of my favorite ones below to share with you. It is such a wonderful story about life and growing up. The main character Charlie is very lovable. I highly recommend if you haven't read it.

"I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them."

Chandler the Robot

Hello! I've been dying to share with you all something that I'm quite obsessed with. I don't know if any of you are familiar with Meg Frampton. She and her sister Dia are a singing duo. I adore both these girls. Both are so talented, inspiring, and sweet. I even got to see them in concert! I couldn't help but notice how lovely Meg's jewelry website is.

Meg creates jewelry on her website called http://chandler-the-robot.goodsie.com/. There you find necklaces, earrings, and so on. Take a look yourself.

There's more on her website! Make sure you check it out here!

High Heels Only

It's finally summer! Can't believe I'm a junior now. I've had such a rough year at school that I completely abandoned this blog. I want to apologize. I'm a bit worried that I've lost some readers, but hopefully this summer I can gain them back!

Recently, I went shopping with my older sisters and we decided to be kids again and play "dress up" in the shoe store. You're never too old! I don't usually wear high heels, so I decided to try on some funky ones. The neons had to be one of my favorites!

Sadly, we didn't end up purchasing any. But, you're never too old to try on shoes just for the kick of it! It was actually quite fun (:
