Happy Birthday Dad! ♥

Last night, my two older sisters and I decided to go the extra mile for our amazing dad. We decided to make him this guitar cake. So, once he went to sleep, we slaved for about three to four hours. We had so much fun and I'm so happy with the outcome. Here's some photos (:

Fashion Class, Please ♥

Hello, everyone! Seems like an eternity since I last updated on this blog! I've missed it so much. I've been so busy with school.

Speaking of school, mine sucks, to be honest. I'm in my sophomore year of high school, but being my stressful, little self, I'm already anxious about junior year. The reason being, I have no clue what electives to take next year. I hate the electives I'm taking now, (spanish 3 and gym.) It seems as though my school offers NOTHING that I'm interested in.

Which brings me to the point of this blog post. I really want a fashion class at my school. Not just a fashion design class, but like a class where we learn about designers, quotes, fashion history, and maybe even blog a little online. Now, I'm really serious on this matter right now. I want to take this idea to the school board, but I'm afraid they'll laugh in my face and not appreciate it. It doesn't really seem like it would be a reasonable class, but a little piece of hope in me thinks it will.

But really, I want a fashion class. It doesn't seem fair to me that my school offers like five different types of gym classes, but not one fashion class. It just doesn't make sense.

I know this post was kind of random, but I just thought it necessary to share my many thoughts. And this was the perfect place to do so(:

Fashion Collage ♥

What do I do when I'm stressing out or just want to have a lazy day? I add to my fashion collage. I have two boards set up in my room and I just finished this board last week. I turn on colorful lights in my room, get my scissors, magazines, pins, turn on some music, and just go with it. I add photos, quotes, and styles that catch my eye. It's actually really relaxing and if you love fashion, I recommend you do it. It adds a cute touch to your room, too.(:

PS: This is my first time updating in a while. I told last post that I was going to a Taylor Swift concert and then going upnorth. Well, after I did all that, I took a trip to Chicago to shop and sightsee. It was soo fun! Plus, I got to touch Taylor Swift at the concert! She came down my section! I was shaking!

I will definitely have a post sharing all the pictures from the concert, upnorth, and Chicago. But, I'm warning you, there is going to be lots of pictures! Oh, and also 3 outfit of the day posts. So, lots of great posts coming! Stay tuned(:

Forcing Laughter, Faking Smiles ♥

This is an update/agenda post.

I know, kinda boring.

Actually really boring.

I'll try and make this short and sweet!

So, I won't be updating the blog this week or next week.

If I find time, I actually might.
I do have an outfit of the day planned for the future!

But if you don't see any new posts in the next two weeks..

Just know that I haven't fallen off the face of the earth.

Tomorrow I will be attending a Taylor Swift concert.

It will be my second.

I saw her Fearless Tour.

Now it's her Speak Now tour

I'm SO EXCITED!

You should know that I'm Taylor's biggest fan. 

Then after the concert, I will be going upnorth.

We have a cottage on the lake there.

We'll be there for a week celebrating my sister's 20th birthday.

I can't believe I'm going to have a 20 year old sister.

Whoaa.

It'll be a week of peace and quiet.

Getting lost in a ton of books while swinging in the hammock.

Maybe a little tubing on the lake.

Maybe a little boat riding.

And strolling the cute, little town in the evening.

Visiting the candy store.

I could go on, but I wanted to make this post short and sweet.

Well that didn't happen.

These are the books I'm currently reading poolside. If only I had a pool. Maybe I'll just find a nice, shady spot on a sunny day, lay out, and get lost in these stories(:

The A-List Series by Zoey Dean. I've read about 4 now. I know there are more than 11. I still have to buy some. But they are very good!
Seventeen Ultimate Guide To Style. This book is amazing! I just got it in the mail a few weeks ago. The photos inside are gorgeous and it's so easy to find tips and tricks on different styles. I definitely recommend!
